Hudson College is a private, non-denominational, co-educational day school offering a balanced curriculum from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. Situated on a 4.5-acre campus in central Toronto, we are dedicated to developing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—in a challenging, nurturing environment.
Accredited and inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education, we offer a full range of credits leading to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, which prepares students for entry into universities in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and other countries around the world.
Our goal is to provide students with a set of skills and values that will enable them to attain personal and academic success, for the betterment of themselves as well as our wider community.
We are proud of our excellent and dedicated teaching team. Our teachers are all highly qualified and experienced educators trained in a wide variety of fields and degrees. They share a true passion for education and care deeply about our students and their educational needs. Hudson teachers provide a personal learning experience for our students, helping to ensure that each student can reach their full potential. They also participate as coaches and instructors in our extensive array of co-curricular activities and clubs, as well as enriched programs in athletics and fine arts.
In our Upper School, teachers also act as advisors, working closely with students to support their personal learning needs and providing tutoring upon student request.
One of Hudson’s hallmarks is the diversity of its student body: this diversity fosters respect and appreciation for all of our differences and similarities.
Hudson students are active in school life, joining a variety of co-curricular activities and programs; many also volunteer to help other students at Hudson and contribute to local organizations. This spirit of activism and participation results in students having a strong sense of pride in our school community.
