Academic and merit-based entrance scholarships of up to $2,500 are available on a limited basis. Please request an Entrance Scholarship Application from Admissions.
For new and returning families, Grade 6–12
Applicants and returning students can request financial aid through Apple Financial Services. Apple is a third-party firm that collects documentation from families and shares a confidential assessment of financial need with Hudson College.
The following fees are due within 2 weeks of accepting an offer of admission:
One-time enrollment fee – $2,500 per family ($1,250 for legacy students)
Deposit – $3,000
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of fees can be paid three different ways:
Single payment due in June; receive a 5% discount and optional tuition insurance
Three payments due in June, September and December. Families receive a $100 hot lunch credit.
Ten payments due May–February.
Tuition insurance is required for families selecting the three-payment and monthly payment plans.
Families can pay by pre-authorized debit (no additional fees) or credit card (payment platform fees apply).
Second and subsequent siblings receive a 10% tuition fee discount. This cannot be combined with other discounts.
Families selecting the single payment plan receive a 5% tuition fee discount.

The following costs are provided as a guideline only, and may vary each year.
Uniforms
Approximately $600 for all new required items. Some pieces are available on consignment; there is also a parent-run uniform swap group on Facebook.
Upper School Textbooks (Grade 9–12)
$500–1,000 depending on a student’s course selection; some discounted textbooks may be available on consignment.
Hot Lunches
$5.50–6.50 per meal. Order as many or as few meals as you like each month, with online payment.
Extended Care
$15 for the 3:45–5 PM session and $10 for the 5–6 PM session, billed each month. JK and SK students receive a 50% discount. Students must be registered, as space is limited.
Optional Programs
Some clubs and programs with outside instructors or requiring special materials may incur a small fee, for example:
JK–Grade 2 Lunchtime skills with Doyle Soccer – $60
JK–Grade 3 Learn to Skate program with Performance Skating – $45
Grade 3–7 TOP Sports After-School – $113
Off-Campus Trips
Payment for extended trips is often split into several installments.
Examples:
Blue Mountain day trip – $60
Grade 8 end-of-year trip, e.g. four days in Ottawa or Niagara region – $1,005
Grade 9–12 spring break abroad, e.g. 13 days in Iceland – $3,600 including flights
Upper School Camp Week, four nights in Muskoka area – $455
